We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including:

2. No Returns Policy
Because peptides are temperature-sensitive and must be handled under strict conditions:
Due to the volatile nature of peptides, there are no returns.
Opened, unopened, or unused items cannot be sent back to us.
3. Lost or Damaged Packages
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your package arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, we will assist you.

Replacements are subject to verification, which may include photos or carrier investigation results.
